Private Club: Adult content service platform intended for anyone over 18 (eighteen) years of age, in accordance with Brazilian Law, as well as any person who has reached the age of majority in accordance with the Law of the country or location where they are accessing the platform, and who will be identified herein simply as "Private Club".
User: Any natural person who is over 18 (eighteen) years of age, in accordance with article 5 of Law No. 10,406/2002 (Brazilian Civil Code), as well as who has reached the age of majority in accordance with the Law from where the Private Club Platform is accessed, will be identified herein simply as "User".
ATTENTION: When registering on the Clube Privado platform to create their profile account, the User must correctly provide the information requested on the screen, especially regarding their age, which must be over 18 years of age, in accordance with article 5 of the Civil Code. Registrations from minors under 18 years of age who have any legal benefit, whether under Brazilian Law or the Law of the Country where the platform is accessed, such as emancipation, for example, will not be accepted. If Clube Privado identifies, through a complaint or any other source of information, that the registration was made with false information, the User will have their access automatically blocked, and consequently, their profile account on the Clube Privado Platform will be permanently removed. Access records and registration data will be preserved by Clube Privado Administrators for the purposes of applicable legal measures. 1. CIVIL CAPACITY
By creating your account, using or accessing the Clube Privado network, you automatically agree to all the rights and obligations set forth in these "Terms of Use", guaranteeing, from now on, that you have civil capacity, in accordance with Brazilian law, the law of where you reside or the law of where you access the site, cumulatively. If there are discrepancies regarding any of the provisions contained in these Terms of Use, even if partial, the User must not access or use the Clube Privado network sites. 2. USE OF SERVICE OFFERS ON THE "Clube Privado" PLATFORM
The "Terms of Use" govern the relationship between the entire "Clube Privado" network of websites, including, but not limited to, its websites, interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social networks or any other services to which the "Clube Privado" network of websites is affiliated, with users and third parties who in some way access or interact with Clube Privado, whether through computers, mobile devices or any other capable technology. It should be noted that the concept of User includes individuals who have not registered on the "Clube Privado" network. 3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
When using or accessing the Clube Privado network, the User, after defining and parameterizing their gender of use (e.g.: couple, man, woman, etc.), undertakes to provide truthful information, including in relation to gender and sexual orientation, being aware that, after formalizing their registration and indicating their gender, it cannot be changed on the platform, except by contacting Clube Privado for consultation.
